English 10: AP Seminar
An English course taught in the AP Seminar style. The course helps students build foundational writing, research, and presentation skills through collaborative projects and performance tasks. A-G approved for English.
AP Precalculus
Created for any student ready for high school precalculus, this course prepares students to succeed in math they’ll encounter in college. A-G approved for Mathematics.
AP African American Studies
Offers a rich and inspiring exploration of African American history and culture through historical and contemporary content as well as a student project.
A-G approved for History/Social Science and meets California Ethnic Studies requirement.
AP Computer Science Principles
Students are introduced to how computing and technology shape the world around them by creating solutions to real problems. No prior coding or computer science knowledge is needed. A-G approved as a third year Science course.
Taking even one AP® course changes student outcomes, substantially improving their first-year college GPA and on-time graduation rates.
This webinar is intended for district and school administrators, counselors, and department leaders. College Board is offering Pre-AP for no charge to schools that commit to enrolling 10th-grade students in AP African American Studies, AP Computer Science Principles, or English 10: AP Seminar or 12th-grade students in AP Precalculus in the 2025-26 school year.
